TAVIRA GARDEN
This is one of the most beautiful urbanizations in charming Tavira, established in 1991. It consists of residential buildings and villas, and several public buildings, including four swimming pools, a restaurant, a tennis court and a gym. All this is located among greenery created by spacious gardens. It is an ideal place for a permanent stay due to its tranquility and proximity to the city center, as well as for a short-term stay due to the facilities enabling active leisure.

BIG SWIMMING POOL
Tavira Garden Leisure Centre. The facility has two swimming pools with sanitary facilities and is equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The swimming pools are freshwater. They are unguarded and deep, so users who use them do so solely at their own risk and should have the necessary swimming skills.
Opening hours - daily from 8.00 to 20.00 in summer and from 9.00 to 18.00 in low season (November - March).

SMALL SWIMMING POOL
A quiet family corner with two small swimming pools, including one shallow, dedicated to children. Equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Sanitary facilities available. The swimming pools are freshwater. They are unguarded, so users who use them do so solely at their own risk.
Opening hours - daily from 8.00 to 20.00 in summer and from 9.00 to 18.00 in low season (November - March).

RESTAURANT
Please note that the restaurant is closed until further notice. At the moment there is a pool bar and a temporary catering facility in the Barbecue zone.

TENNIS COURT
The tennis court is available to owners and their guests (inc. tenants) who have the clip to electronic lock. Priority of use is given to people who have made an earlier booking. The booking system is available on our website. The tennis court does not have any approvals or licenses as a sport facility. Users who use it do so solely at their own risk. The property is not supervised by our staff.

GYM
The gym is available to owners and their guests (inc. tenants) who have the clip to electronic lock. Priority of use is given to people who have made an earlier booking. The booking system is available on our website. The gym equipment is unfortunately outdated and does not have any approvals or licenses. Users who use them do so solely at their own risk. The property is not supervised by our staff.

GRILL / BOULES PITCH
Both facilities are open to the public and do not require reservation. In the event of an overlap between the will to use, we count on an agreement between the parties concerned.
We kindly ask you to leave facilities clean after use. The barbecue area should be left without garbage, organic residues and the hearth should be cleaned. Boules pitch should be raked and leveled.

GARDENS
Tavira Garden is surrounded by gardens. Our pride is the stately palm trees, alfaroba trees and ornamental shrubs.
All parts of the gardens are available for walking and relaxing.
We ask everyone to take care of the greenery and not to pick up flowers during the flowering period.

URBANIZATION
There are 17 multi-apartment buildings and 10 villas in Tavira Garden, inhabited by 215 owners from over 15 different countries. The condominium is self-managed by the owners, through the Tavira Garden Owners Association. Properties in Tavira Garden hold a consistently high value due to the quality of the surroundings and the facilities available. Many of the apartments are offered for short or long term rental. Tenants can use our facilities free of charge.
